We collect what an order needs. Nothing else.

Order details — your name, email, and shipping address, collected by Stripe at checkout so we can produce and ship your order. Your card number goes to Stripe directly and never touches our servers.

Uploaded design files— models you upload for quoting are stored under a random identifier so we can print your order. They aren't listed publicly, shared, sold, or used for anything except producing your parts.

Your cart— kept in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers.

No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no selling or renting your data, no marketing emails you didn't ask for. The only cookies this site sets are functional ones (for example, the admin login used by store staff).

Stripeprocesses payments and stores order and shipping details (see Stripe's own privacy policy). Vercel hosts the site and stores uploaded files. Both process data on our instructions.

Order records are kept as long as accounting requires. Uploaded model files are kept while needed for production and reprints of your order; you can ask us to delete your files at any time and we'll confirm when it's done.

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Contact us and we'll respond within one business day.
