Production time
Ready to ship products are already printed and leave within 24 hours of your order (business days).
Made to order catalog parts and custom uploadsare printed for you: allow 2–5 business days of production before shipment, depending on part size and queue. Large or multi-part orders may take longer — we'll email you if so.
Shipping
Standard shipping is a flat $6.90to the United States and Canada, 3–7 business days once your order ships. You'll get a confirmation from Stripe when payment completes.
We don't ship elsewhere through the site yet — contact us for international orders.
Returns — ready-made products
Return any ready-made product within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition, for a full refund of the product price. Email us first so we can send return instructions; return postage is on you unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Returns — custom & made-to-order parts
Parts printed to your specification can't be restocked, so they're not returnable for change of mind. They are covered against defects: if a part arrives broken, delaminated, or outside the tolerances we publish in the FAQ, email photos within 14 daysand we'll reprint it or refund it — your choice.
Note that we print the geometry you upload: if a part fits differently than intended because of the design itself, a reprint of a corrected file is a new order (we're happy to advise before you re-order).
Damaged in transit
Keep the packaging, photograph the damage, and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the part at no cost.
